Ms Moira Lowe

Moira is the Founding Head of Elementary School at Dehong Shanghai, which is now in its sixth year.

Having worked in South America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia in prestigious international schools with outstanding academic achievements over the course of her career, Moira is an experienced educator. Her qualifications include a BA Honors degree in drama and history, PGCE, TEFL and NPQH.

With a passion for arts education and developing confident, articulate and well-rounded students, Moira led the Elementary School as it grew from 2-form to 6-form entry. It continues to thrive and develop, meeting the school’s vision and mission in creating the best international Chinese school, so that our students can make a positive difference for China and the world.
