Yesterday, Ni Yaoming, Chief of Minhang District and Yang Demei, Vice Chief of Minhang District and other governors visited Dehong Chinese International School.
Since Dehong opened its door, the school received great attention because of its integrated cultural education and became a new hotness of the southwest of Minhang District. Dehong was one of the three schools Mr. Ni chose to visit. Accompanied by Mr. Jon Fei, Mr. Ni visited SE21, art rooms, theater, student canteen and gym which left him a great impression.
Mr. Fei introduced the meaning of Dehong, school philosophy, curriculums and changes to the local demography and economy brought by Dehong. Mr. Ni was very delighted to see a school focus on cultivating students’ abilities in confidence, critical thinking, creativity, communication, collaboration and community, and hope Dehong offers high quality education to families in Minhang District.
