One of the most anticipated annual events across the Dehong and Dulwich family within the Education in Motion (EiM) Group - the Worldwise Festival of Music (WFM) is coming to Dehong Shanghai! This marks the very first time Dehong Shanghai will host a Worldwise Event of this scale. From 19 to 22 November, our campus will welcome approximately 250 students and teachers from 11 Dulwich and Dehong schools worldwide, as well as from the Royal Northern College of Music (RNCM), to embark on a spectacular global musical journey together.
This year’s WFM theme is “Global Vibes.” Over four days of intensive rehearsals, collaborative creation, and diverse performances, young musicians from around the world will explore how rhythm, harmony, and creativity transcend cultural boundaries to compose a symphony of sound that unites voices across nations.
Students will join one of five ensembles based on their interests and strengths - Symphony Orchestra, Choir, Big Band, Concert Band, or Rock Band - and perform under expert guidance.
